Seafood is delicious, versatile and one of the most nutritious foods we can eat. It is low in calories, high in protein and rich in vitamins, minerals and natural oils.

There are more than 21,000 species of fish and shellfish in the world and more than 60 varieties widely available in Scotland and the UK.

Exotic Fish

We use only sustainable produce and only buy from boats which employ environmentally friendly fishing techniques, using the largest available mesh size in their nets to ensure smaller fish can escape. If you are unsure what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

We will be happy to prepare your fish anyway you want it.
